Parents Graduate from Families in Cultural Transition (FICT) Course

The last week of Term 3 at Chatswood Intensive English Centre was a busy one for both our students and parents. A group of Intensive English Centre parents were awarded certificates after completing a four-week course.  The Families in Cultural Transition (FICT) course provided the parents with opportunities to discuss and learn about our education system and local service providers.

Bill Bartlett, Chatswood IEC's Deputy Principal (relieving), presented participants with their certificates. They were then rewarded with lunch of handmade dumplings, noodles and vegetables from the school garden, prepared by students. They then visited the school garden.
